The Prihraz Rocks are located east of the town of Mnichovo Hradiště, south and west of the village of Příhrazy in the Mladá Boleslav district. There is a complex of rock towns on the edge of the sandstone rock plateau. The dominant feature is a rock formation named Kobyla’s Head. Inside the rock town there is a carved prayer house of Hynšta. In the 17th century it served as a shelter for the Bohemian Brothers. There are also remnants of dykes from the 13th century in the area.The Příhrazské skály Nature Reserve was declared here in 1999, the reason for its protection is an important complex of rocks, natural and semi-natural forest communities, geomorphologically valuable area.
